Not positive reporting on management. I have been dealing with a roach investigation for months and everything that has been done is not working. I continue to report the issue with no solution or response from management to discuss a solution.

Stephanie our Director is always hands on! Always in her office buried in front of her computer. I find her always approachable. She helped me with a I find her always approachable. She helped me with issues. . This last time I arrived to office @1645 I need keys to get into apartment. She called Maintenance right away for me.. I was able to get in. thank you so much Stephanie for your nurturing and your TLC. The activity director Is also fabulously nurturing she always set up beautiful events, She lays out a nice nourishing dinner for the ladies to eat, on wine nights. Bravo David I really appreciate you during your busy busy schedule. You always took time to take care of me as a new resident. I had trouble with my dishwasher. I had trouble with my icemaker and you took care of all maintenance issue in a very efficient manner above all. thank you so much for changing the timer of the Jacuzzi, now ithe jets work! Alicia is back to take care of us. She always promptly fix our problems in the apartment very efficiently. We have wonderful people that take care of us Stephanie, Randee n our activity director all work very hard to make our daily living better. Also our new front desk Victoria s ever so nice n caring, ever so helpful. Thank u all staff..The apts ve upscale features n arch doors, the architecture s classy…... 5* for sure..Shirley T.

I am so excited to be moving into Casa Aldea this June! The leasing agent, Marcia Thompsen, has been the absolute best lady to work with and takes all my little concerns to heart. I haven't moved in 36 years and I am very nervous, but so happy to have found Casa Aldea. I hope they are ready for me! Here I come...
