If you are looking for outstanding 5 star service at a very reasonable price, Sunland Home Care is the place. Debbie and her team did a phenomenal job in taking care my father for almost two months. Right from the very first call, Debbie was wonderful and easy to work with. She is very patient, explains things very clearly and listens carefully to your needs and concerns. The nice thing about Sunland Home Care is that you get to talk directly to the owner (Debbie) who available all hours of the day. The personal touch and commitment to quality is something that sets Sunland Homecare apart from the others. Debbie and her staff were very flexible and were able to adapt to the unpredictable changes in schedules due to multiple hospitalizations my father had to undergo. The care givers from Sunland were very professional and caring. The quality of the caregivers were consistently good and never had to request a change. (During the same two month period, I also worked with another agency through the insurance and the quality of caregivers was a hit or miss). Debbie constantly checked with me to get feedback on the caregivers and made sure that we were satisfied with the quality of care. Debbie is also very knowledgeable about the health care industry and caregiving and gave me guidance and advice whenever I had a question. During a very stressful period for me and my family, it was very comforting to know that I had a very reliable and empathetic team managing the caregiving needs we had. Thank you again!

What a whirlwind of unexpected health events it’s been for both my parents in the past several months! Sunland was able to keep pace with several changes in our circumstances, due to the exemplary work ethic of company owners, Debbie and Chandran Phillip, and the fine people they hire. Sunland caregivers were punctual, communicative, willing to work, adaptable and friendly. When one parent had to move to out-of-home care, our helpers took turns with family to be sure the one left behind was able to do daily visits at the elder care home.Though we ultimately chose to move both our loved ones to memory care, my parents were able to live comfortably for a longer time in their own familiar home thanks to Sunland.
