Bradley Court is a secure 56-bed facility in El Cajon, California, specializing in psychiatric and post-hospitalization transitional care. The community offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services alongside on-site psychiatric and psychological services to help patients manage mental illness diagnoses and achieve their highest level of functional independence.

The facility provides comprehensive psychiatric care addressing medical, emotional, psychological, and social needs. A team of registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants carry out physician orders, facilitate medication administration, coordinate diagnostic services and specialist appointments, and support the recovery process. A case manager guides residents through their treatment journey and addresses questions along the way.

Bradley Court's Special Treatment Program employs a recovery, wellness, and discovery approach focused on helping individuals live healthy and hopeful lives despite mental health limitations.
