I recently had my Mom at this facility. The staff were very patient with her. The therapists were caring and got her well enough to travel to be with her daughter. Everyone was helpful, I would recommend Granite!!

Nice place hutcstaff needs to be luttle more friendky ti guests. First visit the maun desk lady ignored my request to help me find something for a patient and expected me to just let it go.

Well done for an amazing stay!!!! My Mom (100 yr.old) was watched over and cared for with no issues or problems. Her room was exceptionally clean and updated. Notably mentioned for outstanding work: Aroura, Xavier, Paul, and PT team. Thank you for all your work! You made a difference in my Mom's recovery.

Nice friendly nursing staff.<br>Reception area very clean and professional.<br>Memory care/ secured area has CNA’s who encourage all residents to live and be active in the community. Activities and recreational pastimes are offered for all patients.

This is a terrible place for anyone unable to speak or for those suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia. While the reception area might seem acceptable upon entry, the conditions inside are appalling—particularly the air conditioning, as the central cooling system has been broken for a long time. Every couple of days, you see a new face; while some CNAs are good, others act like ruthless, uncultured criminals who lack even the most basic understanding of hygiene. As for the charge nurses, there is only one good one, while three or four others are completely indifferent to what goes on. Some residents die from hunger and neglect simply because they cannot voice complaints about the staff's mistreatment. That said, I extend my sincere thanks to the five or six staff members who cared for the residents responsibly—though they represent a small minority, perhaps two out of ten. Had my children and I not visited the facility ourselves, my husband would have died within a month; he suffered greatly, even though we were there to feed, clean, and care for him. I shudder to think what happens to those who leave a loved one there without visiting. If anyone claims I am being untruthful, the administration should contact me via email so I can show them all the videos and photos I have. If they ignore my message, I will expose them everywhere, tell the truth, and do everything in my power to protect the vulnerable from these hypocrites who care about nothing but money. And I have more and more .
