I would like to recognize CNA Sage at Arbor Hills Nursing Facility for the exceptional care he provided to my father. Sage was kind, respectful, and attentive. He regularly checked on my dad, made sure his needs were met, and even assisted him with showering, which meant so much to our family. His compassion and dedication did not go unnoticed. In a field where quality care makes all the difference, Sage truly stands out. Thank you for taking your job seriously and treating patients with dignity and respect. Please stay in the medical field—we need more healthcare professionals like you. Your hard work, kindness, and commitment are greatly appreciated.

The first part of January of this year we had to pull my 85 yo mother out of another nursing facility in the south bay because she was not being taken after repeated requests. From January the 10th to April the 10th Mom was at Arbor Hills, let me say that no place is perfect, but the staff at this facility tries their best. The people in the business center were a lot of help filling out paperwork, to the people in the social services office, to the folks in the kitchen like Miriam, Justin and Kevin went over and above making sure that Mom had everything she needed. I need to mention a few other standouts Amara and Janette just 2 of the physical therapists that were instrumental in Mom's recovery. There's also Wendy who is in charge of arranging translation for patients to and from their appointments. If you're looking for a place to send your loved one for rehabilitation I would highly recommend Arbor Hills.

My family member recent stayed at this skilled nursing facility for rehab, and I am truly grateful for the level of care he received. From the moment we came for a tour, the admissions director, Khanh has shown us compassion and patience. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run. Alayna, Flor and other nurses were lovely. The rehab team encouraged and helped him regain his strength. Staff always greeted him with kindness. Thank you to the entire team for helping him regain his confidence and independence. Your dedication made a difficult time so much easier for our family. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Of the four different skilled nursing facilities we’ve experienced between my two parents, Arbor Hills has been the absolute best! In contrast to others, the goal there is to get patients stronger to go home. This was my mom’s second stay. She broke her ankle this time and Arbor Hills was our first and only choice to go to. The building and grounds are clean and pleasant. Every question or concern I voiced was addressed immediately. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The PT department, especially Stephanie, showed true care and encouragement for my depressed and not so thrilled with exercise mom. They are the reason that she is going home tomorrow! I was starting to believe that every skilled nursing facility was hell on earth. Seriously. It’s never a great situation when your loved one has to go, but Arbor Hills makes the best of it!
