John Scott House Rehab has Excellent Nursing Staff on Florence 2, especially Dorothy, she was very kind and patient when responding to my questions and concerns. Mary is awesome with following up on patient care. It made us feel great that she was checking in to see how Matt was doing. Truly a 5 Star patient Rehabilitation experience for us. Thank you for all that you do.😊

A family member was a patient for post operative, short term rehab care. The room was adequate size & shared with another patient. The staff were all very pleasant , helpful, patient & responded to calls in a timely manner. The food was good & the menu changed daily. The only negatives were that patients werent allowed to go outside even with family present & there wasnt any physical therapy on the week-ends. Overall a good place for rehab care : )

John Scott House is a very good choice for rehab. After 2 very bad experiences at 2 other rehabs, one of which had a five star rating, more like a 2! I was looking for a place where the staff was kind, understanding and caring. And that's exactly what I found here. Nurses and their assistants were more than helpful. They listened and didn't rush to leave until you were satisfied always asking "Do you need anything else before I leave". Considerate professional staff. At first glimpse, it's not as new as other facilities, but it was clean, the food was good, and the physical and occupational therapy department was on top of things for their patients. Admin staff was accessible, coming to my room the second day I was there to check if I needed anything. And follow up after discharge was great.

My mom has been a resident in the memory care unit for the past 18 months and the team takes good care of her. The nurses, aids, staff and management are very caring. I give them the upmost respect because it’s not an easy job. Big shout out to Jessica, Melissa, Danielle & Barbara! It’s not easy to put a parent in a skilled facility but it is reassuring to know that they are safe, comfortable and cared for.

If you have a loved one needing rehab DO NOT send them here if you love them. The staff does not care for the patients, the proper rehab is not being done. They are left alone in their rooms for HOURS in dirty diapers and left laying in bed rather than sat up or moved around. Staff especially on the weekends sit in chairs in the hallways on their phones ignoring the calls from patients and throw major attitude whem you finally get them to help. Do your self and your family a favor and go anywhere else but here!
