I rate 1 stars to post, My mother was there for a few weeks, trying to get ahold of anybody to get an update was nearly impossible, I brought her clothes on 3 different occasions and when I picked her up to come home think she had any of the clothes I brought her, no. They were all stolen, her cell phone was also stolen as well and all they said when asked about it is, get a new one bring in a receipt and we'll reimburse you $25. Wich is a slap in the face. The place is horribly ran, most of the staff seems like they just dont care. When I told someone where I was parked due to picking up someone, I was spoken to very rudely amd was essentially yelled at and was told to park somewhere else when I had already driven around for 15 minutes looking for a parking spot. Parking garage was full, street parking full, petco parking lot-full. I am very familiar with city driving and parking and made sure there were no other options. Now I have to replace all my mothers clothes and her cell phone and all they offer is $25, absolutely disgusting. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a medical facility. If anyone who reads this gets the chance, DO NOT, I SAY AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE

My father recently came here to recover after a major surgery on his leg. The staff here treated him with the upmost dignity and respect, and helped him regain the strength to walk around and heal from his surgery. I am eternally grateful for the kindnessThey showed my father! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one that needs additional support.

Super Staff and Awesome Audience! We were honored to entertain the residents and staff again today at the Hancock Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Quincy, Massachusetts. We especially want to thank Gira and Stephanie with Activities and the resident Larry. Stephanie and Larry volunteered to be our HUMAN DUMMIES, wear our ventriloquist face masks and help us sing our "No Bully Zone" original song. (No they did not sing at the same time.... we're not that good!)

On this Thanksgiving morning I want to take a moment to express my deep and heart-felt gratitude to all of the wonderful staff at Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care. I have had a lot of experience with skilled nursing care because of the increasing age of my parents, in-laws and extended family. My recent experience at Hancock Park has been by far my most positive. From the first day my loved one was treated with respect, sensitivity and empathy by what was clearly a quality and well-trained and directed staff. Any problem or concern we raised was handled promptly and effectively. From the warm and helpful interaction each-and-every day at reception to the caring and sympathetic team handling her care, I cannot overstate how positive and caring our experience was. I highly recommend Hancock Park to any worried family member seeking such care for their loved one.
