These people discriminate against pregnant women and will waste your time. They also lack staff to care for your children and was very disappointed with management.

The lack of communication is uncanny my daughter is in your facility and to have staff hanging up on me when I simply call to check on my daughter after being informed by her this morning her day was already going bad is ridiculous. She is my child i should be able to check on her anytime any other place she has been I’ve never had an issue with communication but home of the innocent has no regard to parents who care and want to know how there child is doing. For staff to hang up on me is unprofessional and not business like at all. I care about my daughter dearly and I should be able to call and check on her. Yall are not a jail stop treating my child as such. I have gotten so many excuses as to why she’s not been able to get her call or why she can’t get her full call this has just gotten worse and worse staff has no regard to time management I’ve have visits scheduled and staff don’t log into to zoom meetings until 20-30 minutes after time was supposed to start. I have reached out to higher ups who have said we would discuss this in a meeting when the meeting was scheduled they didn’t show up. At what point am I supposed to be comfortable with the care my daughter is receiving when I’m treated as such. Explain to me how am I supposed to feel when staff members hang up on me talk over me and don’t let me get a word in edgewise. How am I supposed to feel about her care when I can’t even talk to the higher ups about my concerns with the communication and get a follow thru. How am I supposed to be ok not knowing how my daughter is doing. I am a mother first and my sole concern is my daughter.

To be honest u don’t feel like they help the kids who need help. The security guards are fighting each other screaming where everyone can hear them infront of me when I visited my child. The front staff is very unhelpful when I try to speak to them regarding my child’s treatment and lets the children cuss and say whatever they want to parents. Child is actively needing drug and alcohol treatment but has not received it in 3 weeks of staying there.

Had my son there back in 2013. It is very nice clean facility. Until I went at 1am. My son was in his wheelchair in front of the TV crying pee all over his uniform. I went in to bath him and put him down for him to go to school the next day. Bottom line I have never seen a perfect facility good help is very hard to find! When I came back to get him they begged me to keep him there. It's best to keep your loved ones home if at all possible I had to quit working and take care of him full time but he is healthy and happy and that's all that matters. I really loved the shower area my son is not able to sat up so it was very accommodating for him. I keep trying to find a tub like it, it must be custom made. It's good they give you a key to come and go as you please.
