Quail Run is such a beautiful community. The cottages are adorable and there’s so many beautiful walking paths. The staff really cares about their seniors and the food is great! I am so blessed to be part of this community 💕

We moved my Mother to Quail run Estates about 5 months ago. She has settled in nicely with the assistance of staff and family. We incorporated helping hands to assist her.<br><br>Melissa does an outstanding job organizing fun activities for all residents. She goes above and beyond, going door to door inviting guests, helping them to feel included and welcome. This socializing has given my Mother a better er quality of life and we are grateful.

My grandmother moved in not long ago and when I went to visit her last week I overhead the person who is sitting at the front desk gossiping with the housekeepers, talking bad about staff members, and witnessed them being disrespectful to other employees. The management needs to get things under control. I asked my grandmother how she likes it, and she says the housekeeping girls and the lady in the front have a lot of attitude - and is shows. I will be actively seeking a new location and getting my grandmother out of there as soon as possible. I feel bad because my grandmother spoke so highly of Kerri but it is not what she expected. GET YOUR STAFF UNDER CONTROL!!!!

It was a great decision when I decided to make Quail Run my home. Yesterday I was able to introduce some of my friends to my new home and they were as delighted with the food, staff and my digs. Lots to do if you choose to partake. The staff has been responsive and ALWAYS pleasant. Come and join us.

Chris is wonderful (not to mention an amazing sight for the eyes)! He was a joy to talk to and was super helpful explaining the process of everything! Can't recommend enough, especially if Chris is the one to handle everything 😉
