I would not recommend this facility under any circumstances. We sought rehabilitation services for our uncle, and this was the only available option at the time. In retrospect, we regret this decision, as the level of care provided was severely inadequate. Having extensive experience in various nursing homes and hospitals, I can attest that this facility is deeply concerning. Our uncle required rehabilitation, not long-term care. We subsequently transferred him to an alternative facility where he is now making excellent progress and is anticipated to return home soon.

This is a non smoking facility. How is my uncle still getting cigarettes? Who's working there that buys this guy cigarettes??? They make the poor guy walk off campus in the snow to smoke, too. He's gonna fall out there one day and nobody is going to see him until it's too late. This guy can't even lift his leg up a single step or get into bed my himself but they're letting him drag his walker out unaided 5x a day to smoke in the snow bank around the corner?! How is that helping him? You're literally putting him in danger.

This is the worst place you can bring your loved one. Our experience here has been the worst of all. The service from the nurses and staff in general is deplorable. If I could explain and say each thing, it would never end. I feel sorry for the defenseless elderly people who are there and who cannot express or demand decent care and service. In our particular case, as a family, this place is the worst place to have someone you love.

One of the worst places I have ever encountered. The nursing staff, in particular is rude, uncaring and LAZY. I had to do things for my loved one, such as removing his heart monitor, charging it changing the electrodes and reattaching to his body! I am not in the medical field. In 30 days, there was only 1 shower, because the family and his home nurse caretaker had to fight for it. They said things like, he was scheduled for Friday, then his day became Saturday and so on. We are short staffed. The aids had to be asked by PT to clean him up and get him out of bed. I was there at 11:45 one day and he still hadn't been "washed". I was clipping his nails, because they didn't do it. Aid came in to prep his for the day as I was starting. I asked her if they were allowed to do nails. She said that she could. I left for the day with the understanding it would be taken of Imagine my "surprise" when I came to visit again and they hadn't been done! I could go on and on. You get the picture. If you have to send a family to that facility, I would you visit everyday and fight for what is needed! The only reason they received one star is due to the pleasant people at the front desk where you sign in.

Think twice before sending a loved one here. They refused to send my dad to the hospital when he needed it and I had to call 911 the second time myself. He ended up in the ICU and the facility never even contacted emergency services. I had to call emergency services and the ambulance driver said it's a good thing I did! Never will I let a lives one stay in this facility again. It's awful.
