My mother is in the Memory Care unit. I could not be happier with the care the staff give to my mother. They have gone above and beyond their job requirement. Thanks to the staff, my mother is able to reside in the Memory Care unit, rather than be placed in a nursing home. The staff are always pleasant and listen to the family's needs. They truly care about the residents.

The Birches Memory Care unit staff provide many diverse activities for the residents. They demonstrate resident autonomy yet gently encourage involvement. The director Jenn is very much approachable, is receptive to family concerns and demonstrates her knowledge of the residents. The staff speak kindly to the residents with patience.

We moved my mother into the memory care area of Heritage Woods (The Birches) about two years ago. The staff has been great and knowing your loved one is safe and being cared for is comforting. Working with dementia patients is difficult and we appreciate everything they’re doing for my mom.

My mother is in the Birches Memory Care unit at Heritage Woods. She has been there for almost a year. The staff are very friendly and the rooms and common areas are very clean. The food definitely agrees with her and she seems to be happy there. Many activities happen daily and the residents are given lots of opportunities to interact.

The Birches memory care unit at Heritage Woods has been very good to my mother. Her studio is kept clean and tidy. Everyone knows her name and has a smile for her. She's clean and comfortable, spends a lot of time outside in the garden area, and participates in the activities they provide for stimulation. We've been very happy with her stay.
