Working with Tracy and the team at Trusted Caregivers has been an incredibly positive experience for our family. I reached out to Tracy regarding getting support for my folks as they navigate the increasing demands of my father's dementia progression. During our first phone consult, Tracy took the time to learn about my parents, their lifestyle and needs, likes and dislikes, and was so kind and empathetic in helping us to chart a path forward with a care plan. She then met with me and my folks to chat about what having a caregiver in their life might look like, and her compassion and professionalism truly helped to reassure my reluctant dad that this might be a "plus" in his life. My parents now look forward to the days that their carer Felicia is with them- she adds laughter and energy and love to their home and enables my dad to continue to get out and do the things he loves to do like walking in the neighborhood or exercising at the senior center. My mom appreciates the camaraderie and opportunity to run errands on her own or just take a minute to breathe from the demands of supporting a spouse with dementia. I highly recommend Trusted Caregivers, even if you think your loved one might be reluctant to accept a caregiver into their lives- you might be surprised by how much it opens their world to new horizons.

My reluctance to have someone help me with my husband's care has turned into a "must have, can't wait and very lovely" situation. Tracie, from Trusted Caregivers, visited our home, evaluated our needs and introduced us to a wonderful way of dealing with home care. Our "friend" arrives 2 days a week with a smile and endearing enthusiasm that brings a sigh of relief for me. I'm able to have time for myself, a much needed respite, and leave my husband in loving and caring hands, as I leave to have some "me time." We are blessed to have a gentle, fun and caring helper while traversing this difficult journey.

I've been with this company for almost three years,and found it to be very good for special care. The caregiver gives more than 100% of themselves to the client, if you have a needs for such a care don't hesitate to contact them.

It is my pleasure to write this review. We worked with Trusted Caregivers, INC for just over 4 years until January when my mom passed. If it were not for Trusted Caregivers, INC we would not have been able to carry out mom's wishes for her to stay in her own home. I was referred to Tracy by a good physician friend who had worked with Tracy. It was the best decision we ever made. Tracy and Tonia, company owners, are two very special individuals. They have an amazing ability to hire top notch staff who are dedicated, caring, kind, honest and hardworking. Maria, my mom's main caregiver was with my mom for over 4 years. Their staff a very loyal which is a testament to Tracy and Tonia as employers. Working with Tracy was very easy. She responded to text messages and phone calls immediately. She was always kind and understanding and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. When my mom fell last year and went from 12 hours of daily care to needing care 24 hours, Tracy went into action immediately and within 24 hours she had set up a 24/7 schedule for my mom. Nothing short of a miracle. Towards the end of my mom's life Tracy was there for us, making home visits to support us, treating my mom with great sensitivity. She goes above and beyond. We are very thankful to Trusted Caregivers, INC and their staff for everything they did for my mom. This is a company that you can depend on for their excellent services. Thank you Tracy.

Trusted Caregivers has been very responsive to my husband's needs of assistance with ALL the Activities of Daily Living. Tracy and Tonia make a concerted effort to carefully match the appropriate caregiver to client, and they understand the importance of continuity and compatibility between caregiver and client. Trusted Caregivers has been understanding the few times I have had questions or issues to address. I am thankful for their care.
