This nursing home is absolutely terrible. Nurses take the patients medications as we experienced this being there last year of 2024. Unfortunately, the office management doesn't do their job properly either. I still am under bad health but I would not trust this place again.

My mother is there now for rehab, the 1st day she was there she said everything was good, day 3 food was horrible, but by day 5 she now has pneumonia. By day 6 she has someone else medical paperwork on her bed (HIPAA violation) they also told her she can not have an emergency inhaler by her bed. That alone caused her to panic, she has COPD and has spells where she can’t breath, so telling her she will not have a form of LIFE SAVING mechanisms that she’s had by her side since her diagnosis. I called to speak with her nurse in charge, Taylor was very rude and dismissive. I asked for her boss she claimed she was “her boss” this place has become a NIGHTMARE for my mom and family! UPDATE: was contacted by the director of nursing for this establishment. She was very helpful and assured me she’d speak with the rude nurse Taylor and she’d make sure my mom had access to her inhaler which she has now. My review score will remain

THERAPY DEPARTMENT<br>The whole team helped me regain my mobility. Cindy & Tiffany made therapy a pleasant place to go to regardless of my distressing pain condition. Thank you is not enough praise for the uplifting spirit of the Therapy Dept. ——-Stan Porter

Therapy was all good. Morgan and Alisha, Tiffany and Cindy were all great. All the nurses were good. Most aides were good but a few could use training. Jasmine, Lisa, Chase, Jose were great. Can’t remember all names but those stand out. Food was ok.
