Initially I loved the lay out of the facility, lots of space to walk and move around for my husband who loves to walk. Initially I received what I thought was professional and compassionate information and consideration. As I progressed into the application stage and placement the facts were that I wasn’t getting anywhere, paper work wasn’t asked for or received, and when I did hand deliver the paper work, they had everything including my community fee. and when I tried to get confirmation for the move in, which was to be in less than a week I was informed the room I thought was reserved for my husband was given to someone else. I have yet to receive a refund of my my community fee.

Very beautiful and clean place. Everyone is so caring. I do feel comfortable leaving my loved one here. He likes the people and enjoys the food. He is well taken care of.
