I can't say enough about the care my parents are receiving from Assisting Hands. From Char in scheduling, to Dee Ann who comes weekly to check to make sure all is well with my parents and caregivers, to the caregivers themselves, especially Ann and Iyanna. They've all given our family peace of mind that my aging parents are getting the care they need while staying at home.

I needed an overnight caregiver for my mom who has Alzheimer’s prior to a medical procedure. I am reluctant to trust anyone with my mom’s care but I knew in this case I had to. I spoke to Sean and described what I needed. I told him if he sent the right person it would be an easy night but if he sent the wrong person it would be very bad. He sent Nuella who is a gift from God. She was patient and understanding and was exactly who I needed. If I ever need a caregiver again I will definitely ask for her again! Thank you so much!

Our experience with Allison has been perfect! I was afraid my wife might struggle with an unknown person in the house - especially one trying to help her. Within minutes Allison became friends with her. She helps us with all sorts of activities helping her to walk, having lunch with her, doing all manner of housework. Allison straightens things and cleans things as she sees they are needed then spends time chatting or playing a game befriending her. It couldn’t be better!

I replaced a previous healthcare provider who I was dissatisfied with, and added assisting hands. I have been completely satisfied with the care from assisting hands. Alice my caregiver has been the best caregiver I ever had from any agency I would recommend assisting hands to anyone especially alice.
