Founded in 1978, Meadowbrook Care Center is a 156-bed facility located in Northeast Cincinnati, in proximity to all local hospitals. Through the years, Meadowbrook Care Center has continued to grow and evolve to meet community needs, and today offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite stays, to short-term rehabilitation, to long-term skilled nursing care, as well as a broad array of specialty programs and services.

Moreover, our convenient location provides immediate access to hospital specialists in virtually every area of medicine, as well as emergency care, should it be required.

We are a faith-based facility, recognizing that spirituality in all its forms, is integral to healing and living. We provide exceptional care, services and assistance to our residents; and strive to fulfill their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We believe in and support our team of caregivers--we expect competence and compassion in all who work at Meadowbrook Care Center.
