I cannot recommend Mason Health Care Center enough. My mom lived here for her final year, and the quality of care was exceptional. Although they aren't a dedicated memory care facility, their nurses, aides, activity coordinators and therapists (PT/SLP) went above and beyond to work with her dementia and supporting her needs and providing personalized care. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely caring.

This community maintains strong standards of care and professionalism. The clinical staff is knowledgeable and responsive, and the administrative team is approachable and transparent. Residents are treated with dignity and respect, and the facility is well maintained. We are grateful for the peace of mind this team provides and would recommend their services to others seeking quality senior care.

Recently moved my mother here and the entire staff is amazing and caring. The office is staff is just as amazing as well, very supportive and happy to answer any questions and offer support. The facility is clean and inviting as well as being up to date on policies. It definitely gives us peace of mind knowing she is so well cared for.

After we had my brother-in-law brought here last summer in 2024 & the great care that he received I felt very comfortable having my Mom transition there from rehab (after having surgery) to Assisted Living in April 2025. My Mom still has some of her independence, but the staff are all more than happy to help her with anything that she needs. I cannot say enough good about Mason Health Care because as someone that goes to visit my loved ones it does not feel like any other Nursing Home Facility that I have ever been in. This place does not have the typical Nursing Home smells (totally serious). All the times that we have been there never feels like a nursing home. Their physical therapy area is great as well as all the activities that they do. Also, this place has lots of natural lighting throughout the building (most nursing homes are so dark & depressing) this place is not. The staff in the summer will also do activities with the residents for gardening in the summer or other activities outside depending on the season or Holiday. And the residents have a chance to interact with the community around them with the help of staff in activities that they participate in. If I could I would give this place a 10+ & I do highly recommend Mason Health Care Center for anyone who needs help with their love ones. I have no worries about the care that my Mom is receiving because the staff truly care about my Mom's experience & wants her to feel like home. All the residents that we have seen there seem very happy & enjoy being there. So again I highly recommend.
