My mother stayed at this facility for over a year, and her experience was deeply disappointing. While the front-line care staff were nice, the management and administration showed a complete lack of care for the elderly. There was constant staff turnover, and we were left with zero support from a social worker when her funds began to deplete. Instead of helping us navigate placement or next steps, the administration felt entirely focused on money. If you are looking for a facility that partners with families during difficult transitions, look elsewhere. Management here cares about profit, not people.

I just found out now that they are providing medical/financial information to people that are not the POA. I have had no updates and I I’m still waiting for the director to call me back after requesting so back in March. I would not recommend this location. Oh also fun fact they don’t let you use the dumpsters if your family members need to get rid of a piece of furniture despite charging almost 50,000 a year for a studio apartment.

My cousin lived in assisted living for approximately one year before passing this past December. We found the facility to be extremely supportive. The staff was very kind and attentive and they were there when my cousin needed them, especially towards the end. When she first came to Traditions from hospital rehab, she got a lot of benefit from the physical therapist. She was a lifelong gardener, and management allowed her to plant a few vegetables in the patio area...that meant a lot. In addition to the care she received there, she was able to form wonderful friendships with many of the other residents...in fact, she became more social than she had been in a long time. And thumbs up to the chefs. I heard many positive comments regarding the food. Overall, it was a huge relief knowing our family member was in such good hands. Thank you Lavel and to all the staff for everything you do!

Overall poor quality of care. Inattentive staff. Lacked communication within own nursing shifts, as well as other agencies, and with family. Inadequate medical treatment plans and face sheets with directives. Our loved one showed a rapid decline while in memory care. Went from ambulatory to mostly wheel chair, gained alot of weight and became very weak, in despair. The facility recommended hospice care. After multiple ER visits/ falls, eventually left with an open wound and severe diaper rashes. Nurses and aids need proper dialog on discharge plans, training with med equipment oxygen, hoyer lifts etc. There should be an expected decorum of bedside manner/ understanding when residents show signs of pain or discomfort. This facility could use more staffing for the level of care that is accepted. As for cleanliness, the bathroom was disgusting with weeks old fecies and flies in a broken toilet that was still there when her things were moved a week later- will refrain from adding those pics here. This is a direct reflection of management and administration. Post move, our loved one is thriving, improved mobility and happy -Hospice not needed.
