My mom absolutely loves it here. She loves the food, the friends she has made. Very clean. Also it’s very warm and welcoming.

We've just started looking at memory centers in the Cincinnati area for mom and dad. We visited this center this week to get an idea; this was our first tour and first time looking at memory centers, this was the very first center we visited.<br><br>The staff member who attended us was very friendly and provided a lot of great information, answered our questions, and provided a tour of the facility.<br><br>The facility looked clean, peaceful, organized, and very nicely decorated. It is larger than we expected, and has a beautiful garden for residents to enjoy - all safely enclosed. There are some renovations taking place, which will add more activities for the residents. It was lunch time, and residents looked well taken care of.

The team at Mason Assisted Living has truly created a wonderful place for seniors to feel safe, cared for, and respected. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and filled with kindness. The staff go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Always offering a helping hand, a smile, and genuine attention to individual needs.The facility is spotless and beautifully maintained, with cozy common areas and outdoor spaces that encourage socializing and relaxation. The activities are thoughtfully planned, offering something for everyone. From fitness classes and games to creative arts and outings. It truly feels like a community built on trust, and dignity.
