The facility is beautiful. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had all the time I needed with Anna. The suites were beautiful and everything was very clean. I left feeling as though I had all the information I needed to make a decision

A relative was there for a short period of time and their care was not good at all. It seemed as though these people don’t want to be there. They don’t want to help the patients. They stand in the hall and talk and laugh. They don’t listen to suggestions from the relatives, family for help helping them. I will never put another relative in the Atlantes.

My dad and step-mom lived at Provision Living at West Chester for one year before we had to move them closer to us. We really appreciate especially Jamie the Administrator and Trish for always going out of their way to make sure they were happy and had everything they needed. Thank you! and we sure will miss seeing everyone there!

My mom lived in Provision’s memory care unit for almost three years. Living nearby I was able to visit mom often, and always unannounced. I can say with 100% certainty she was always well cared for, spoken to with respect and dignity and the facility and her studio apartment were clean and well attended. Throughout mom’s mental and physical decline, the nurses, care givers and management made it their priority to care for her so she we would not have to move her to another facility. My sister, daughter and I are eternally grateful to the Provision team and the care they provided. Sue R.

We've loved our experience so far. My mom is really happy in Provision Living. The staff is truly attentive and always wants to solve problems. There are few problems to solve! It's more like adapting to preferences that my mom has—and the staff is eager to help her feel like she's at home. My mom moved across country to be at PL, and it is amazing to me how quickly she has adapted. She loves the activities! Thanks for a marvelous experience!
