I know these previous reviews HAVE to be fake. My grandmother was treated HORRIBLY. The nurses are texting on their phones instead of helping a patient off the floor. My grandma is the sweetest and most caring woman, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I know for a fact if it was your family member in there, they wouldn’t be treated the same. The level of care that my grandma has received, or lack there of is atrocious. Do better.

I have been aware of this facility for many years and have worked with clients in and around it. This community has consistently gotten great feedback from families. I have encountered in senior care at one point I know staffing was an issue and now it seems they have a very great team in place

April 21, 2025 Cecil Styons moved in to Apt 2106. It was supposed to be ready on that date to move in. Here it is shy of 5 months later and his outlets in the kitchen still do not work (the outlets on each side of the sink). The bathroom trap under the sink was not installed properly, it leaks water inside the vanity. The floor and wall by the new bathroom vanity is still not fixed. The dishwater rocks, it is not stable. This is not acceptable. Get this stuff fixed.
