Maple Knoll Outreach Services for Seniors Maple Knoll Outreach Services for Seniors is a focal point in Southern Ohio for programs designed for older adults. Our mission is to stand as a foundation for older adults to live their lives with Maple Knoll Outreach Services for Seniors is owned and operated by Maple Knoll Communities, a nonprofit organization with 170 years of experience serving older adults. Maple Knoll Outreach Services for Seniors is located on the Maple Knoll Village campus in Springdale, Ohio just near Tri-County Mall.

Our outreach services support home bound senior citizens throughout the community. These services include providing transportation to community centers, to medical appointments and to therapy visits. We also provide a volunteer driven meals on wheels program that delivers over 300 meals each day to the homebound elderly in 17 communities. Independence and dignity for as long as possible in their own homes. Services were previously offered through Sycamore Senior Center which no longer exists as a functioning center for older adults. Welcome to Maple Knoll Senior Housing

Affordable senior housing is a special program implemented by the federal government's Housing and Urban Development(HUD) office. Seniors who qualify for Section 8/202 housing - named after the section of the federal legislation authorizing it - have access to rental housing specifically for people over the age of 62 who have incomes under 50 percent of the area median income.

Section 8/202 residences are built and run by private, non-profit groups who have received loan incentives from HUD. HUD is not involved in day to day operations. Rents are calculated according to income, and rental assistance funds pay whatever balance remains. All information is verified.

Maple Knoll Communities, Inc. is the parent company for Corbly Trace, The Meadows, and Mt. View Terrace. As managing company, Maple Knoll Communities, Inc. works conscientiously with staff and residents to maintain these properties and is proud to present them to the senior community for leasing. Maple Knoll Village is fortunate to be able to offer many specialized services. We have regularly scheduled visits from dentists, audiologists, dermatologists, optometrists, ophthalmologists, podiatrists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and a physician whose specialty is physical medicine and rehabilitation. These services are provided either in our Health Care Center or in our medical offices, so you never have to leave the building to see these specialists.
