I’m from out of town and was visiting a family member here while they complete rehab. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience! The facility is beautiful, very clean, and feels welcoming. There were several nurses and aides who went above and beyond for my family member like Tony, Jackie, LaRhonda, Olivia, Journey, and so many more who were VERY kind, attentive, and helpful during our visits. I would honestly give this place a 10/10. The only issue we had was that the worship room was locked on several occasions, which meant my family and I weren’t able to have our service in there. I’d love to see access to that space improved because it’s meaningful for families who want time for worship and reflection!

Mom 92 is grateful to Dr. Ali and staff at Advanced for providing exceptional care after her hip surgery. Nurses JK and Jordan were awesome. Mack was awesome to take mom to her appointments. Kim and Justin excel in rehab as they accommodated to the needs of my 92 year old mom with back and knee issues while there for hip rehab! "Slowly but Surely" rehab has done wonders for Mom, as in just a little less than 3 months after her surgery, she is traveling all over the USA, walking up to an hour at home and going shopping (her fav past time) every day. Special thanks to Clarissa, Crystal, Desaray, Jackie, Jelissa, Journey, Miranda, Patrina, Sophia our greek connection, Tracy, and Trey (bro from another mother). I am sure I missed someone! Mom sends her ❤️. These skilled nurses aides make all the difference!!!! Happy Mothers day to all at Advanced!!!! Rahul

Phone just rings and rings. No one answers when you try to call the main line when your loved one calls you on your cell because they need assistance but cannot locate the call button. Also they just leave your loved one sitting in a chair 3 hours without checking on them.
