My mother was moved out of this place Feb 25. They continued taking $5500 a month as an automatic withdrawal I've spent nearly a month trying to get them to return the money. No one will call me back. I even went out there in person and they assured me that it would be taken care of but nothing happened. Silverfern is In my opinion are clearly avoiding me. The staff at this facility were extremely nice and I have absolutely nothing against them. My advice is DO NOT SET UP AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL with them. So far I am out $5500 . I fear they will pull another $5500 for April. UPDATE: They paid me back the money they owed to me It took almost a month to get it back but the girl I needed to take care of it was very nice and apologetic. She is new and I think she was digging out of a hole that was left for her. I appreciated the outcome.

My daughter came by to visit residents tonight and a woman named Anette refused to serve her and insinuated very inappropriate things about my daughter. I’m not sure how this place could refuse to serve someone who visits their residents and talks to them and brings them joy. She paints for them and weekly visits them and used to work there so has many relationships.

The staff is exceptional! I have had no problems with the service department who has gone out of their way to help me do what needs to be done around my apartment. There is always something to do because our Activities manager is great, you can never be bored. Jill and Chloe ought to run for President!!! The food has been very good since I have arrived, like what you get in a restaurant. I highly recommend that you move into Silverfern, you cannot go wrong.

This independent learning facility is amazing.SilverFern is beautiful , You definitely need to tour and see all of the wonderful things that they offer. Ask for Carol Reinhardt, she is the director of sales and will be able to help you with any of your questions. This facility has an amazing restaurant, bar, art studio, theater room , library, and a room specifically for kids. The calendar of activities that is offered in this facility is unlike any other I’ve ever seen . This facility has a pool , an outdoor area for barbecuing and outdoor activities. It is very reasonably priced. It is very centrally located anything that you might need or want. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and brand new. This independent living facility has everything you want and more.

I took a tour recently with Carol and was totally impressed!!! Very beautiful facility and awesome amenities. I would seriously consider living there! The apartments were loaded with everything you would want for senior lifestyle. I especially loved the pool and so many of the things to do! Even a great place to entertain the grandkids. Five stars!
