There were many things I appreciated about Glendale Place during my loved ones stay last month (June 2026). The occupational therapy staff Katrina and John are professional and compassionate. The check-in and security procedures are good. The facility is clean and well maintained. However it only takes one bad egg to ruin an experience. While most of the nursing staff in the 300 rehabilitation unit are hard working, professional, kind and competent, one person made the experience so bad I cannot trust Glendale Place. I'll call her N. N acted like family visits were an inconvenience to her. The majority of interactions were like pulling teeth to try and get information. N is on a power trip when it comes to her job. She straight up lied to my face about whether my loved one had eaten, which I found out when another staff member told me my loved one went to dinner but did not eat. N was so rude and disrespectful to me as a family member - I hope that if she ends up in a facility like this someday she is treated by someone as self absorbed as herself. A little about me: wife and I have been caregivers about four years. We have worked with many professionals over this time period. No facility is perfect, however N ranks up there as one of the worst people I had to deal with.
