Unfortunately my experience with Family Bridges was not positive and we ended up having to find another resource. The main issue was their constant inability to fill the shifts we required. I am not sure if their problem is just being understaffed but I found myself on numerous occasions having to take care of my husband, who needs a lot of assistance with his daily need, on my own. We had an aide scheduled who simply did not show up. We also experienced a significant theft while one of their aides was in our house taking care of my husband. Their rates are also higher than most agencies but if their service was above average we would have been happy to pay-unfortunately it was not.

I have worked with Family Bridges Home Care on many occasions. They handle the needs of their clients quickly and efficiently and provide excellent care to seniors. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate last-minute client requests even after-hours and on weekends. Would highly recommend.
