I am very pleased with Harmony Court. The staff were very friendly, was willing to help. Also it touched my heart as I talked with my daughter that is staying there, I ask her how did she like it there, she replied with a smile stating I am very happy. The staff treat me good and the meals taste great. The food is good and the room is clean I’m very happy. Posting has been altered by staff at Harmony. My Up date, my daughter was taken out the room that she liked and placed her in a very dirty. filthy, nasty room, bathroom was filthy and dirty, black dirt on the floors, dirty toilet walls, floor and sink with old products for left for her to use used products in bathroom that belong to the another client left over. She has no TV to watch now. The Room now has a tore up TV with a broken glass screen that does not work. TV is a Safety Hazard. They refuse to give her a TV that works that she can watch. My daughter is now depressed I had a meeting with the nursing supervisor /director and the previous director regarding my concerns . There was absolutely no solutions given by Harmony head staff. I even asked for a brochure Information, could not get any information they refused to give me any information. They retaliated called my house saying that my visiting hours are now restricted. The current Social Worker called my house with another Social Worker that was terminated they played on my phone, terminated Social Worker when I asked who was calling me would not say her name, There was two people on my phone. Neither would verified their name. They just said I’m the Social Worker there names showed up on my phone after the call ended. Staying that my visiting hours to visit my daughter are now restricted. This is a form of harassment and retaliation. Also, my daughter has a guardian that only sees my daughter once's every three months. She gave them her approval to put my daughter in a very filthy, nasty, dirty room. The guardian did nothing to rectify the problem. The first room had no furniture and no pictures on the wall , the guardian did nothing to rectify the problem . Clothing that we have purchased for my daughter disappear . I would have to give Harmony Court rehab (one) star. It is far from being a five star. I have asked to become her guardian. I have been the voice speaking out for my daughter and looking out for her. I have not gotten any cooperation nor help from Harmony Social Worker. Also I had the meeting that I requested to address my concerns regarding the unsanitary conditions, they did work on cleaning the room up. And retaliation started after I ask for the meeting. I also stated that the guardian is not fulfilling her fiduciary duties because of that I want to become my daughter‘s guardian.
