This review reflects upon a facility tour and our interactions with EaK's Community Resource Director, Ashley Bowsher. We spoke with Ashley at length about my mom's situation and needs in June 2026. I came to her already frustrated and feeling a bit defeated, and even though Ashley has probably heard 1000 versions of our family's situation, she remained compassionate and patient and kept a sense of humor and pragmatism. We toured the facility, which appeared clean and attractive, with some enjoyable amenities, comfortable common areas and engaged residents. We saw a room that was newly renovated but already spoken for, and it felt bright, modern and attractive. The star I take off is for the unrenovated rooms. They were clean but ready for a refresh-- and that is not something my mom could have overlooked. The assisted living dining needs an upgrade as well. However some of the room layouts were really nice, with convenient touches and larger rooms. The buildings and grounds make a great first impression, and the landscaping is really nice and lush. Ashley followed up after the tour, and we agreed that there was nothing suitable for my mom available at the moment. However, she gave me resources and information which helped me greatly in my continuing search. Ashley proved to me that her heart really is in helping seniors and their families, and she really impressed me!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the time you spent with my mother and I during our recent visit to Knightsbridge. We were truly impressed by everything we saw. The community was warm, welcoming, beautifully maintained, and clearly designed with residents’ comfort and well-being in mind. My mother especially appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to envision herself as part of such a vibrant community. The apartments and amenities exceeded our expectations.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ashley as a Community Resource Director. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to helping seniors and families truly stands out. Ashley is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about finding the best solutions for each individual’s needs. Her communication is excellent, and she consistently make families feel heard, supported, and valued. I highly recommend The Estates at Knightsbridge to anyone looking for independent living, assisted living, or memory care. They are an incredible senior living community.

You provide such excellent care and have created an environment where she feels safe and truly at home. Thank you for always greeting her with a smile, for the countless acts of kindness throughout the day, and for taking the extra time to listen and encourage her. Every gesture means more than words can say.<br><br>Moving into assisted living has been a big adjustment for our family, and your patience and support have made all the difference—especially your patience with me! This is all so new, and I often find myself unsure of what helps, what doesn’t, or even who to call with a question.
