My mom is a resident at Riverview and I am pleased with her care. Ms. Tina Berry is always helpful and there to answer any questions or concerns. Tiara the nurse manager is very pleasant. My mom is appreciative of her Aides and also enjoys interacting with Kat the activities director. She loves going to bingo, movies, jewelry making and painting. They also took glamour shots!

Our mother has been recovering from a stroke at this facility for approximately three weeks. She has received excellent care.<br><br>Tina (Admissions) has been helpful, kind, professional, hospitable. She stops by just to check in with my mom and my sister several times a week when she is onsite.<br><br>Courtney (Social Worker) always answers questions, has been diligent about keeping us abreast of mom’s progress.<br><br>Chrissy (Concierge) always speaks when we pass each other in the hallway. Has answered any questions we’ve had.<br><br>Ebenezer, who dispenses my mom’s medication when he’s onsite, understands and acknowledges how my mom likes to take her medication.<br><br>Audrea (CNA) is always kind towards my mother. She knows my mother well enough to know how she likes her bed made, how many pillows she likes and where to place them, and a myriad of other likes/dislikes.<br><br>These a just a few of the people whose names I can remember because we see them almost daily. However, all of the aides, CNAs, PT/OT personnel have been great and treated me, my mother, and my sister with the utmost respect, care, and professionalism.

Top notch nursing staff! Greatest nurse in the Midwest? - his name is Ebenezer. Couldn't ask for better CNAs as well. Cashaunna, Cybyl, Michelle, - there are too many to name. And that tells one a lot about a facility. They hire like minded people who genuinely care. Glad I chose Riverview for my Rehab.

After my brother was discharged from the hospital, he was in need of a skilled nursing and rehab program, I visited 3 facilities. When I met with Tina, Riverview Health and Rehab Director, I was very impressed with her kindness and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable with their healthcare programs and services. In addition Tina addressed all of my questions and concerns regarding my brother’s care.<br><br>The doctor’s nurses, therapists and aides at Riverview have all been very professional and caring with my brother. I would highly recommend Riverview Health and Rehab Center!
