HarborChase of Madison has been exceptional in supporting my wife and our family during what has been a very difficult transition. As a husband, entrusting someone else with your partner’s care is never easy, but the team here has provided a level of professionalism, compassion, and consistency that has made all the difference.<br><br>From the administrative staff to the nurses, technicians, and maintenance team, every individual contributes to an environment that feels attentive, respectful, and genuinely caring. There is a clear sense that everyone takes pride in their role and works together to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity.<br><br>Madison’s proximity—just 15 minutes from Guilford, where my wife spent 50 years—has also been meaningful. The town shares a similar character and familiarity, which has helped ease what is still an ongoing adjustment. While this will never replace home, it is reassuring to know she is in a place where she is well cared for and supported each day.<br><br>I would especially like to recognize Chris, who was instrumental in helping my wife get comfortably settled. He assisted with setting up her electronics and phone, and played a key role in easing her transition into a new and unfamiliar space. His patience and willingness to help made a lasting impression on our family.<br><br>HarborChase has created a community where residents are not only looked after, but truly respected. For that, I am deeply grateful.

HarborChase of Madison has been nothing short of exceptional for our family. Moving my mom—a 50-year resident of Guilford—was an incredibly emotional and difficult decision. Madison is just a 15-minute drive and has that same familiar coastal feel, which helped ease the transition. She is still settling in; it will never truly be home, but we feel confident it is a safe and supportive place for her. The administrative staff and nursing team are truly outstanding. Every interaction has been marked by genuine warmth, patience, and professionalism. They have guided us through each step of the transition, always making us feel supported and informed. It is clear they are deeply committed to the well-being of every resident. What we expected to be an overwhelming process has been handled with thoughtfulness and compassion. The team consistently anticipates needs and goes above and beyond to make this adjustment as smooth as possible. The community itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The grounds and shared spaces are welcoming and comfortable, creating an environment that feels peaceful and home-like rather than institutional. Most importantly, there is a genuine sense of kindness throughout HarborChase. My mom is not only cared for, but treated with dignity and respect—and as a family, that means everything to us. We are very grateful to have found HarborChase and for the care they continue to provide.

Its been 5 months and they still have not refunded the 4500$ they owe us. 20 calls and I am told they will call back. Nothing. Horrible service. If you love your family member do not send them here. Overpriced

I had the opportunity to attend an event at HarborChase in Madison and was so impressed with the beauty of the renovated community and the friendliness of the staff. I would put this community on the top of my list if I am ever considering a senior community for myself or a loved one.
