I give this place a 1 star. But unfortunately they have access to deleted “1 star reviews” per management was stating because they believe some reviews are false. This is unfortunately not the case here. Residents often get left with little to no care, unfair living conditions and when brought up to management , Director of Nurse , Stephanie she dismisses listening to staff, residents, and family members. Stephanie, the DNS at Sapphire Gateway, is extremely unhelpful. She constantly has an attitude, acts stuck up toward her staff and residents, and refuses to help on the floor even when is needed. She is not approachable and makes staff / residents feel unsupported and dismissed. Leadership should be professional, respectful, and willing to help their team, and unfortunately that is not the experience many people have with her. If she is unhappy with her current role in this building she should not be here. Please check on your family members here .

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the Director of Nursing. She consistently comes across as rude and unhelpful when issues are brought to her attention. Instead of working toward solutions, she often shrugs off concerns, which makes staff feel unheard and unsupported. Her demeanor is unapproachable, she rarely smiles, doesn’t greet staff or residents, and creates an uncomfortable environment overall. As CNAs, we rely on leadership for guidance and support, but that has not been the case here. A more positive attitude and willingness to engage would make a significant difference for both staff morale and resident care.

I have never been a patient there or had family there, but I have gotten to talk with staff. Dawn, their admissions coordinator is amazing. She goes above and beyond, always answers her phone, and it is obvious that she genuinely cares. So I am giving 5 stars because of the way the people make me feel. 😀

They are stealing my friends money. They lied on forms and said he didn't want to get his direct deposit anymore and for them to have it. He's been trying to leave for months ! And they gave him the Erin around then his money didn't arrive. They are not good people.
