I have been with At Home Care Group for a few yrs..Jill and Meesh are outstanding when it comes to providing a Caregiver that match my needs. They have been very caring to accommodate the medical issues I have with compassionate care. I have been thru many caregiving agencies who did not believe me when it came to a caregiver being verbally abusive or stealing from me or sitting on the job. This company does not tolerate any kind of abuse to their clients at all. Most of all they care about your health, your safety and your well being.

I’ve had the opportunity to witness the compassion and care this team brings to the individuals they support, and it truly makes them stand out. They are attentive, supportive, and genuinely take the time to listen to their clients’ unique needs with kindness, dignity, and respect. It’s refreshing to see a company that values advocacy, compassion, and overall well being in such a meaningful way. As someone with a wellness and nutrition background, I especially appreciate organizations that recognize the importance of caring for the whole person. The level of dedication and heart they bring to those they serve does not go unnoticed. Grateful to know organizations like this exist in our community.

Where do I even start if half a star was an option that’s what I would give it … this company was great when first getting care but once new people started taking over it has ran to the ground they don’t care as much very rude and dismissive office people have very poor people skills they don’t communicate when needed I’m so glad my mother moved to a different company

The company no longer cares about the people they are serving. They are willing to put staff and clients at risk. The are willing to take clients that need 24 hr care in a facility and say that its safe. How do they know if its safe if they are sitting in there office? They seem to think having people get hurt is ok beca If money, lime really? If I could give the a negative star rating I would.
