When looking for a community for my mom, i had no doubt about Forest Hills Commons! From the tour to now every staff member i pass greets me and mom with a warm welcome, the community feels just like home! Cannot say enough about how great this community is!!!

Nurse assailant is supposed to physically check on resident at least every two hours. I have put cameras in my dad’s room . Went to the doa and everyone keeps telling it’s going to get better. The assistance or nurse only goes in and check onion him once or twice a night and most of the time that is stick there head in the door and turn around and walk right back out. He needs help with rest room and he needs help at night to be changed when he has accidents. We pay for caregivers 12 hours a day it’s a shame you can’t get them to do there job the other 12 hours to at least go in check on him to make sure he is dry every 2 to 3 hours through out the night. Being wet breaks down the tissue which cause bed score on elderly patients.

Can not say enough about what I have seen since the new Executive Director and Director of Nursing have started. Those guys are making it happen. I know my family members are safe and well taken care. There was nothing like getting a call from the Director of nursing, John, telling me they had a full team in every department including management spending the night ready for the snowstorm. John took that worry away. Forest Hills Commons has been the best decision my family has made.
