They are 10 out of 10 here, and honestly, if I could rate higher, I would. They were so good to my grandmother and even showed up to her service. If you are wanting a place that cares and truly wants the best for your family member call them immediately!

The Pinnacle is GREAT.<br><br>Having your loved one in memory care is not a happy phase of life, but this is a happy place. Patty is passionate about providing the residents with the best life they can have and always welcomes visitors. Lisa does an amazing job as the Life Enrichment Director. I am always amazed at the creative activities she plans, ex. Derby races, making pet treats before visiting an animal shelter, making mardi gras masks. I especially like the weekly live music and optional weekly field trips.<br><br>The Pinnacle team is very compassionate, kind and caring- they really do try to treat everyone like family. They understand dementia and have coached our family through this transition. Earlean, the Nursing Director, is phenomenal and shows tremendous dedication in taking care of the Pinnacle residents. Freddie, Joanna, and all the nursing staff do a good job at keeping us informed of any changes and are always available for any questions.<br><br>The Pinnacle is a wonderful memory care option in the Louisville area, and we are lucky to have found it.
