Well the staff wonderful. Not sure where they got their pic of caregivers because some of them don’t care as I did find out at my dad‘s place also. That’s when the family needs to keep an eye on stuff. we have a camera in my dad‘s room and it’s not abuse it’s just not giving them the care that they need and then blame it on the client. But one I encountered was wonderful. She’s seen the client had not been showered and said this is not right. This is somebody’s mother. In the shower time is only twice a week. I think that’s unacceptable..

Up to this point I have been satisfied with the care my mom has received but now she is approaching her 87th year and is on oxygen. She needs an employee to escort her to the cafeteria and back to her room in a wheelchair.
