I’ve been to many nursing homes, none have matched the professionalism that I’ve seen here at centerburg pointe 💖💖 now after my mom’s passing I do feel a little differently especially concerning their staff.

My husband has been at Centerburg Pointe for over two years. I can't say enough about his trach/vent and overall care. His care team is just that--a team. They work together to make his time there as comfortable as possible. Are their breaks in service? Occasionally--but I let them know immediately and the staff work with me to make it right and to do their best it doesn't happen again. I also attend regularly scheduled care meetings with a team of admin, nurses, and respiratory therapists to discus his care, progress, needs, and any concerns. They are all addressed kindly and professionally. If my husband was physically able to call me with a concern or complaint, I would be on the phone to CP at once. If they didn't answer the phone, I would call back until there is someone available to pick up the phone. When I have left messages I get a call back within 24 hours. Other positive notes: 1) The laundry lady visits with every patient she delivers laundry to. Short, but sweet. Thank you. 2) It doesn't have that overall "smell" of a nursing home. The housekeeping staff are polite and do a good job. 3) The activity folks seem to ALWAYS be doing something. I go nearly every day--and at different times, I always see an activity person doing something. 4) Yes, having to have someone let you in the facility is a pain. Using the doorbell is a pain. Sometimes it takes longer to get attention than others. BUT I sleep better knowing it is more secure this way. And not one staff member has ever grumbled about having to stop and let me in. 5) Even the maintenance guy cares about the residents--whether he is doing facility maintenance, changing batteries in a remote control, or filling a bird feeder, he is never too busy to talk and listen to a family member. Our family appreciates you all.

The department managers at this facility are amazing. They truly care about their residents and show it, taking time with them individually. Over this past week with the winter storm the staff was calm and caring ensuring families knew they had emergency plans in place. Thank you again to all the hard working staff at Centerburg Pointe!!

This place is wonderful. The staff here(STNA's, the Administrator, the D.O.N, the Therapy team, The social worker/Business, The activity director are absolutely amazing! I came from Bella terrace in Columbus OH, where the staff don't care about their patients, I was shocked to see how dedicated the staff is at Centerburge point.
