Our experience at Country View was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I first toured the facility, I remember speaking with another resident’s son who absolutely raved about the care there—and now I completely understand why. One of the biggest reasons we chose Country View was because of Destiny, their admissions coordinator. We were navigating a difficult move from a poorly maintained facility, and she went above and beyond to support us through that transition with kindness, patience, and compassion. She was never pushy or judgmental—just genuinely helpful and caring during an incredibly stressful time. To me, that was a true reflection of Country View’s entire approach. They don’t need to be “sales-y” because they are simply genuinely great at what they do. The entire team treated my dad, and our family, with so much warmth, kindness, dignity, and compassion throughout his stay. During one of the hardest times in our lives, they made us feel supported, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. We were never treated like “just another family.” They made us feel like family ourselves. The facility itself was always clean, welcoming, and well cared for, which brought an added sense of comfort and peace to our family. The staff consistently went above and beyond, not only in the care they provided, but in the way they connected with residents and families on a personal level. Even the family events they hosted were thoughtful and brought so much joy and connection. From the very beginning to my dad’s final days, the care he received was truly 10/10. I will forever be grateful to the Country View team for helping make such a difficult chapter feel filled with love and compassion.
