If you have the resources, Capital Health Home Care is the agency to relieve the stress and strain off home care. My 95 year old mother became ill in February and we called around in search for caregivers. Capital Health sent someone out the day I called too assess my mother’s needs and started services two days later. As my mother’s health declined, Capital Health was able to add additional caregivers and hours. The agency was very flexible and provided staff as needed. This was important since me and my sister lived out of town. My mother needed 24 hour care the last month off her life. I can’t say enough about the quality off caregivers they assigned to care for my mother. The caregivers were experienced, caring, professional and friendly. They were always on time and made sure they did what was necessary to keep Mom comfortable.

Capital Home Care Concierge has taken amazing care of my grandmother. It took some convincing for Grandma to receive some extra assistance around the house, but the moment we brought Capital into the door, Grandma's entire persona has changed. She now looks forward to every visit and views her caregivers as part of the family- which they are! Due to the extra hands to help cook, clean, groom, run errands, etc. Grandma has more energy than she has had in awhile. Our Sunday night dinners are more lively than they've been in years! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all that your team does, Capital Home Care Concierge. We wouldn't be making the progress we've made without you!

The staff treated my mother as if she was family. It was so reassuring to know she was in good hands when I live a few hours from her! Adding a few services to be performed by Capital was cheaper than if I had her facility do it when she was just over the edge of care into a higher tier of care. So she was treated like family and it saved us money too!

The care providers and staff at Capital Health are best-in-class! My prayers have been answered for my Mom through this agency. It all began with Lisa Mattevi. From my very first call to the in-depth assessment to the continued follow-up, Lisa has gone above and beyond in making sure my Mom is getting the best aid, nursing and therapy, as her health situation evolves. Scheduling and billing has also been handled in the most helpful and flexible way through Kendra. I feel like she answers the phone 24/7 and is always super responsive. And then there's the angel-on-earth who has come along side my Mom to care for her on a daily basis and has become a part of our family - GLADYS!!! We love Gladys! We hired CHHC to help my Mom with ADLs like bathing and dressing, which Gladys does so very well and with great care, but it's more than that -- she's become my Mom's friend and heart sister. I could not ask for a more well-suited aid for my Mom - skill set, work ethic, delightful attitude and loving nature. Gladys has truly been a gift to my Mom... and to me, knowing and trusting my Mom is in great hands which gives me the peace I was looking for. Thank you, CHHC, for the exceptional ways you do what you do!
