Our family could not be more pleased with the care we have we received from Beth and her team at Independency LLC. They were with us through our father's terminal illness and when he passed, and walked us through that turbulent time with such compassion, care and presence. And since that time, Beth has remained with us to help care for our Mom. She is present, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, and allows us the comfort of knowing Mom is secure and happy when we are not with her. In addition to the physical care, Beth laughs with Mom and joins her on outside walks and brings her meals - things that provide an enormous and positive difference in Mom's quality of life, as well as monitoring her physical well-being. We are so grateful for Beth and her team at Independency and can't recommend them enough!

Beth and Mandy have been amazing. Their work ethics reminds me of the good old days. They are competent, conscientious, quick to take initiative. They have gone over and above, seeking little (and big) ways to do more than the minimum. We are so grateful to have found this agency!

It was a pleasure to use the Transportation Services of Independency LLC. My Great Grandson and I was transported for 12 weekends straight from City to City. Ms Beth drives the company vehicle safely being alert. WE received kind,friendly and was attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Independency LLC. TO ANYONE.

Most amazing company I have ever dealt with! Accessible, knowledge and empathic provider I have ever have done service with. This is all new to me considering I have went from being healthy to in a wheelchair in less than 4 months and I know for a fact I could not have been able to get thru hall of I have been through if it hadn't been for the staff at Independency, LLC.

I have used Independency multiple times for transportation to doctor appointments. They have helped me back to the vehicle after my procedures and into my home. Super friendly service and very dependable. Will be referring them to family and friends for sure.
