On the weekend it is impossible to get in touch with any of the personnel. No one answers the telephone. This is very frustrating to a relative of a "guest". No P.T. of O.T. on the weekends,and that is not a good thing either. During normal business hours the answering tutorial is so faint that one cannot make out who to get in contact, I was told that it was going to be fixed and that was a week ago
