Many of the staff here have worked here for decades, which is rare for this type of facility. These staff truly care about the residents here, and they are like family to them. A core team like this is essential to provide quality care.

Healthcare has its limitations, and specialty nursing presents unique challenges. The foundation of great healthcare is dignity and respect, and Careone has created an environment where these values can thrive. I have seen staff go above and beyond for the residents they care for in a way I haven't observed in any other healthcare facility.

The employees are very caring and compassionate. Many employees have been there 5 plus years and really want the best quality of life for each individual there. There aren’t many places for residents who have suffered a debilitating traumatic brain injury to receive the services, understanding, and care that CO@Holyoke provides. The facility has been a 5 star for over 3 years now and has been voted Newsweek best nursing homes top 10 list. Great facility!

My family's experience with CareOne Holyoke has been a journey of caring. The staff have always been courteous and kind to my parents and myself. My brother is treated with such kindness, respect, and love. We feel blessed to have him at CareOne Holyoke. The staff there feels like part of our extended family and we greatly appreciate all they do every day for my brother and the other residents there.
