They did not treat my sister in law right. They left her in the bed. They never started her physical therapy. Mind you thats why she was there. She was their for a little over a week. Her and her husband decided to take her home. At first they didnt want to let her go. She had to sign against doctors orders. She did. However when this happend no one woould help her get ready and would not let us use the wheel chair to get her to the car. When we said something they called the cops. Please if you truly love your family member, do not send then there.

I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for Pedro Ramos, who has been an exceptional CNA and a true blessing to our family. Pedro cares for my stepdad with remarkable kindness, patience, and professionalism. Every time he is with him, he treats him with dignity, compassion, and genuine respect, which means more to our family than words can fully express. Pedro goes above and beyond his duties. He not only provides excellent care, but he also brings comfort, reassurance, and warmth to my stepdad’s day. It is clear that he truly cares about the people he looks after. His attentiveness, gentle nature, and positive attitude make a difficult time much easier for our family. Knowing that my stepdad is in Pedro’s care gives us peace of mind. We are deeply grateful for his dedication and the heartfelt way he supports both his patients and their families. Pedro Ramos is truly outstanding, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have him caring for our loved one.

Your dedication, professionalism, and kindness truly make a difference, and it is clear how committed you are to the well-being of the people you care for. I would especially like to recognize Darlene McConnell, Sol Rodriguez, and Pedro Ramos for their outstanding attention and support. They were always attentive, patient, and willing to help at every moment. Their compassion and dedication made the experience much more comforting and positive. At Holyoke today. A beautiful building as you walk in. The staff greets you with a smile. The Administrator, Alan, is a pleasure and has a aura that exudes wisdom and brilliance. The residents look happy and well cared for. Holyoke has a Respiratory Therapist that was taking care of residents that had doctor knowledge. Holyoke is a great place.

First time my dad need it to use this facility. The facility needs a little bit of updates. Specifically need beds. The smell is not pleasant need deep cleaning. In the other hand I need to say that the Social Worker was very helpful with everything we need it. Thank you so much Darlene. Also there is a staff member or nurse, I don't know his title but his named Pedro; He's a hard worker, kind, and very helpful. He made my dad feel very happy. Thank you so much Pedro I wish you the best.
