Careone is not a clean facility. They do not care about their patients. They let patients sit in their feces before they decide to clean them up. They have treated my mother like garbage and still are treating her that. I have witnessed calls signs being ignored for hours and staff is just sitting at the front desk on their phones doing nothing. I have witnessed administrative treat my mother as if her voice didn’t matter or actually speak to her as if she is a human rather than just being disrespectful and rude towards her. That place is very toxic and disgusting. The staff only care about a paycheck and they don’t care what happens to the patients. Many other residents who can speak themselves and are coherent will tell you that they have experienced the same things. My mother and other residents feel they aren’t being treated with the care they need. They don’t care about their patients health. They care about the money they are getting from them that it. My mother health has declined and they refuse to continue to help her and actually care for her the correct way. Don’t send your family here if you love them because Careone doesn’t care. Careone needs to be shutdown. Careone will not care for you. Careone is not clean. Careone serves cold food. Careone staff does not care for you. Careone will only hurt you. Please do not send your family here.

CareOne is not a place you want to send your loved one. If you love your parents or your family members do not send them to there. CareOne has treated my mother from the moment she has entered that place like garbage. Her health has declined because they physically can’t bother to help her properly. My mother is constantly being served food she can’t eat and cold food. CareOne needs to close down. They don’t care about the residents but protecting themselves. Close CareOne down for the sake of our families.

My husband was in CareOne Rehab at Redstone for a month. All the nurses and aides were very caring and supportive( even walking him and assisting him with feeding when family was not available ). They always answered my many questions and concerns with patience and compassion. The social worker Dan and his department were also very supportive and empathetic. They worked diligently to ensure that my husband was not released back to his assisted living facility until he was physically ready. The only minor complaint I would have is that they didn't have a higher wheelchair available for my husband's height.

My grandpa has been staying here and I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about the residents. They treat him with respect and make him feel comfortable and safe every day. The facility is clean, well-kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere. It gives our family peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. Thank you to everyone here for the amazing care and support—you make a real difference.

I must say my father was happy with all aspects of his during his rehab stay. However my complaint is lack of communication regarding his discharge. During a care and wellness meeting for him, it was mentioned three times that insurance will cover him until the end of the following week. On Monday of that following week, all paperwork had been sent to his assisted living facility and a nurse from that facility came to evaluate him. By the end of the day he was ready for discharge. He was not discharged until THREE DAYS LATER. During that time I never received any communication regarding possible discharge dates/times. It wasn't until the assisted living facility called to inform me that they were going to pick him up! It's very evident to me that because insurance had approved coverage for an extended stay that the powers that be at Redstone took advantage of that to milk more money from the system. It's a business and my father was treated as an object. Let him sit until the business monkeys say he can go.
