Patience are talked down to talked over. Not listen to patients are left waiting and waiting for someone to call and answer the call button then they’ll say they’ll be right back and they don’t come back for hours. Patients are left wet and left on the bed pan for over an hour sitting in my own waste before anyone would come get me off even though I was continuing to call for help . The physical therapy was so rude. Raise their voice when I couldn’t do things the way they wanted me to do it and as fast as they wanted me to do it, the food was absolutely horrid. Everything was cold dry when asking for anything such as salt, pepper, ketchup I never received it. I asked for the whole five weeks that I was there and never received any mayo Salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard nothing was given, dry sandwiches a lot of fish a lot of nasty cold fish was served same things over and over again . when I asked for pain medication, which I was supposed to have every four hours as needed. I was yelled at by one of the aides said I was asking too soon and would have to wait. I ended up waiting at least six hours instead of the every four hours sometimes longer. Linens were not changed often enough if you didn’t wet on them or waste on them, they just left them The staff, you could hear them in the hallway, flirting I guess you’d say with each other instead of taking care of their patients sometimes arguments among the staff was heard in the hallways that place is so bad I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone it looks nice on the outside but don’t let that fool you. But the worst was when the occupational therapist told me that I better work hard to take care of myself because I lived alone. I told her I live alone but I have family that come in and check on me and I have a friend that’s there every day. She told me that maybe they wouldn’t wanna take care of me that the cruel hard truth was that sometimes family don’t care maybe they will feel your a burden and not want to take care of you so you better learn how to take care of yourself. That woman really broke me. I cried for days after that I told my son what she had said he called me over and over and over again to reassure me that I was loved and that my family would always be there for me. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment nobody!! When you go to a place like that, you have to heal your body after you have broken something but that place messes with your head I thought I was gonna die in there. I thought it was my last place to go. I was so down and so broken that I was ready to give up if it wasn’t for my family I would’ve given up.

Recently, I fractured my femur and spent two and a half weeks here. The care I received was outstanding. The physical and occupational therapists I worked with were excellent. My room was cleaned spotless everyday. The aides were exceptional, helping me wash and take showers, and helping me dress until I could do it unassisted. The meals were great with different choices to pick from, daily. On my day of discharge, it was hard saying goodbye to my newly found "friends"

My dad went there to basically die, he never woke up and I believe he was heavily sedated, didn't last a couple days. He was butt naked one day and when we asked for a blanket they just threw it on him, no compassion as all. I would give them zero stars but not an option.

My father was just discharged from this facility after a three week stay. While there, he received excellent care full of compassion and respect. The PT and OT staff were excellent, and each worked with him once a day, giving him two therapy sessions per day. From the aides to the administration, we felt that each person was personally invested in the care of my father. Having read other reviews, it was shocking to see what people were saying. Those experiences were so far from what we had. I would highly recommend this facility and I commend the staff for the care they give their patients.

What can I say, nice looking on the outside but a different story on the inside. I will say the nurses on the first floor were very professional, kind and caring. As well as some of the CNA’s. However some of the CNA’s definitely don’t have EMPATHY! They also seemed to always be short staffed with CNA’s. My relative was left waiting many times for over a half hour to be changed. There was no consistency in the meal schedule and weekends were even worse. The food was mediocre at best and lukewarm most times. As someone said to me ”When you’re in a Rehab, your meal is what you look forward to the most.” I have to say I was not impressed with the Social Services department at all. My relative was there for over 6 weeks and we were only given one Care Plan Meeting within the first two weeks. After that no other meetings, not even a discharge meeting?? Was told it was all set up and didn't need to meet. I guess that’s what happens when you go to the administrator and voice your concerns! Pictures tell a thousand words’
