Brianna Carlos was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely professional, compassionate, and very helpful. I had a very short window where I needed help prior to my knee replacement surgery. Brianna found a way to make it all work. I was impressed at how well trained the caregivers were. Dawn and Karen we’re absolutely wonderful and a joy to have in my home. What was very impressive is Brianna taking the time to personally check in on my well being after my surgery. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I am very grateful to Brianna and her team. This experience made my recovery process go much smoothly. I highly recommend contacting Integra Health Services. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Integra Home Health! We have used them several times to assist us in caring for a family member. Breanna, the coordinator, has done a tremendous job in getting full coverage for us and has been able to pivot quickly when we’ve needed to change hours of coverage. She has been the perfect contact person because she has responded almost immediately to our questions, requirements and/or changes. We have used other health care agencies in the past and none have been able to provide the same level of care. We also have liked the fact that the health aides keep notes on how our family member has done on their shift. It gives us a snapshot picture of how things have been going and if our family member is doing well or needs more assistance. We can’t thank them enough and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Integra Health Care has been an invaluable support for my family, especially during a challenging time when my grandmother needed extra assistance due to aging. Initially, we started with a few visits per week, gradually transitioning to 24-hour care. The team proved to be not just caregivers but an extension of our family. Their caring staff and continual support demonstrated a genuine commitment to the well-being of our grandmother. I highly recommend Integra Health Care for their exceptional services, compassionate staff, and the crucial role they played in allowing my grandmother to stay at home longer while maintaining her dignity and comfort.

We reached out to Integra when we had a family member that was in dire need of home health care. They were incredible to work with and we fully trusted them with the care of our loved one. I am very very pleased with my ongoing experience with Integra. I have not had any issues with any of the health care nurses or CNAs. They go beyond the call of due, they have been very compassionate, and loving, for not only my mom but even other people that visit mine. The health care provider from integra are top-notch home care and the administration is always right on any questions I have. I am so pleased with Integra they go beyond health care they have become part of our family. Thank you from the bottom of my mom and my heart for being part of our family.
