I love this place. The staff is so helpful. Ron and Kenny are always available for me. Thank you for cleaning this place up. I love all they are doing to the apartments and the building and that they are taking care of the pest problems.

Ron, the new manager, is an excellent manager with 5 stars. He looks out for our residents and gets our maintenance requests done asap. We hope he stays with us a long time.

I have been a resident here at Brookview Glen for 2.5 years. The new manager has been wonderful. His name is Ron and when we need things done, he helps us put in maintenance requests, it doesn't take long to get the work done. He is very friendly and we are blessed to have him.

Unfortunately there is no way to give these apartments a zero star rating. My mother has lived in this building for 9 years and it was really nice and clean with a nice library and dining / party room it also had a secure fob entry into the building until the management changed. Now the doors may be open at all hours.There is no routine maintenance to the building which is dirty and unkempt and old appliances are now being stored in the once beautiful library. The main issue is the infestation of Bedbugs of the entire building. When residents asked for management to help with this issue they were blamed for the infestation and threatened with eviction. My 84 year old mother recently asked the building manager Teresa to have her apartment sprayed and she was treated like dog feces on the bottom of Teresa’s shoe and talked to in a very disrespectful and demeaning manner and threatened with eviction which is unacceptable. If anyone reading this is thinking about moving here please read all of the reviews and don’t do it because you will be sorry.

If a zero star rating was possible, that is what I would give. When my grandmother first moved here many years ago, she loved it- felt safe and a sense community. Since they changed management companies, it has been a terrible experience for her. No consistency with office hours to be able to speak to someone. No maintenance follow ups. No security and fob requirement on doors that used to require fob entry. It has been horrible! As a building full of seniors, it has left them feeling uncomfortable and unsafe in a place they once loved and thrived in. When trying to advocate for my grandmother, I was met with rudeness and inconsideration from their current management (Teresa). DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY LIVE HERE! They do not care about their wellbeing and deserve every bad review they are getting. As other reviews have stated there is a major bed bug infestation impacting multiple residents here, and instead of recognizing it as the communal issue it is, they blame the residents and refuse to treat the issue. Then the impacted residents are threatened with eviction for a problem they DID NOT CAUSE!
