Consistent Care Assignments

Your loved one deserves to experience a full life in a place where they are well known, and we provide support to do just that. We assign the same care partners to your family member whenever possible to encourage familiarity and relationship-rich care. Our attentive staff handles chores such as laundry and housekeeping while providing support throughout the day, whether it’s during meals, taking medication, bathing or more. Our evidence-based approach offers a gentle structure of six planned programs per day, a routine that helps our residents maintain their abilities, encourages the use of their current skills and offers a sense of security and accomplishment. Residents participate in engaging activities that offer challenge and stimulation but remain failure-free.
