Staff is great that works here especially! The executive director is a very caring person who truly has a a great respect and passion for caring for others. Kitchen and healthcare staff is excellent and provide everything that the residents need and cater to their individual needs which is very important. Very clean and very well maintained as far as the maintenance goes. You can tell by how well it’s taken care of from just passing by the place! Everything here is very well managed and staff truly care for their residents there. Great job to all the hard working employees currently working at this place!

My parents lived at this facility for years. They had to move to a different facility and then they both passed away within days of each other. We've been trying for 2 weeks to get records of their billing history to settle their estate. I've called multiple times, left messages, been transferred to incredibly rude agents and still no information. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister Mary Ann Benko has been at Brookdale Chandler Regional for over a year now. She calls it her home and is very happy to be with her friends. The whole staff is great. She feels very safe there. God bless you all for making her happy!
