I've had such a wonderful experience working with the team at Monroe 55+ Community, especially Jodi. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely dedicated to creating a positive experience for both residents and community partners. It's clear that Monroe goes above and beyond to foster a warm, engaging environment. The events, sense of community, and attention to the residents' happiness truly stand out. Jodi's communication, kindness, and commitment make her an absolute pleasure to work with. We love the concept of active adult living with like-minded people. We have researched many different places and we find the Monroe to allow us to be active but able to add services to us as we need them. Just saw a video sent from Peter of our apartment and we can’t wait to move in.

We love the location, the choices of apartments and best of all the affordability as food is not included in the price of the apartment for 55 and up. We like we can get food at cost from the facility if we choose to. Also we like if we needed assisted living help that we can pay for as little as half an hour if necessary. We love the socialization that the Monroe is offering to new residents which is a lovely monthly outing paid for by the Monroe to meet other future residents. We look forward to hearing monthly how the building is progressing too.
