Do not send your family members here !!! This place is pure hell !!!! From the first moment I got there, it was horrible!! I had to move to a different room, they put me in a room with a very angry man!! The room that they put me in, the air conditioner was not working and the TV was not working.. I got moved into a room and shared it with another man!! The room was very hot and they had two fans put in there for us.. pushing the call bells it's a waste of time.. I had an accident, I was in a diaper for 3 days develop bad cramping.. they wouldn't help me.. I was forced to call 911.. the police add rescues people took me to the hospital.. they did a CAT scan and found out I had a blockage.. the doctor said if I would have stayed I would have died.... I have bad memories of this place. Keep safe!!! And stay miles away from here....

My grandmother was recently at Blue Lake Post Acute for therapy. I would like to thank the therapy team (Karrie, Ian, and Howie) for always listening to her and making sure she was able to do the things needed so we could bring her back home. The nursing staff of Alana and her team had great patience and ensured that she got what she needed within a timely manner. I would recommend Blue Lake to anyone needing help getting back home! - Jamal

Just an FYI , my sister has been here for a few months and every time I have visited her , the place has smelled nice and clean clients are well taking care of! My sister enjoys her meals so much that she asked for seconds! Praise God! My sister was malnourished upon arrival! So we are very grateful for the cook! Every one has been wonderful talking great care of our sister! Thanks to you all! God bless! ❤️

Blue Lake post acute has met all my expectations. I left a new man. I want to personally think the admission team for all the kindness and care and attention that I received from them both, but I have to give a personal thank you to Mrs. Sara admission who took the time out to purchase me more drawing supply so I could continue my passion The care that I receive from all the nurses and staff here is wonderful. I also want to say thank you to the rehab team because of you guys I was able to leave out a new man with all my needs met. I wanna give a special thank you to dietary who always cooked an amazing meal. I can always go to the kitchen and ask for extra Food and snacks. This place has done an amazing turnaround. It was very easy for me to express myself to anyone in the facility. I love the fact that activities has different Activities daily it just was a place that I felt welcomed. I was always happy. I’m left here with a smile on my face again thank you blue light for all that you do. I recommend this place to anyone Juan Ortiz.
